RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please be sure of your choice. This product is fragile. We package the product using the best choice of packaging materials and methods so as to eliminate almost any possibility of damage in transit. If you elect to return your purchase to us, it is your responsibility to package the product so it does not sustain damage in shipping.
The customer is responsible for all charges for any returns. The customer is responsible for any damages, which may occur to a return item.
A 25% restocking charge will be deducted from any return or exchange item. A 50% restocking charge will be deducted from any return which we receive in UNSALEABLE or DAMAGED CONDITION. This includes but is not limited to: cut wire, cut chain, non-factory original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse to honor any return which is sent back to us in such condition as we will be unable to resell it as a new item.
We will only accept returns or exchange which the customer has shipped via United Parcel Service insured.
Please respect the product by carefully packaging your return. If you require any additional packaging material we will ship it to you at no charge. It is the customer’s responsibility to use the original box and packing material for any return. Charges may be assessed for unauthorized packaging. Please insure your return with your shipper for full value.
Our policy is that a return item is to be insured by the customer when the package is destined for return to us. The insurance benefit is to be in the customer's favor. Any damage claims for return items are to be filed by the customer, with the insurance benefit to be the customer's.
